It's totally together, and built to stay that way. Fast, two-step fold-up design for stow-and-go portability. State-of-the-art suspension system adjusts to provide ultimate comfort and performance for bigger or smaller kids. Ultra padded BOB Ironman Duallie seat reclines up to 70° (from vertical); a 25° increase over previous models. Narrow, 16-inch, low-profile, high-pressure tires roll easily. Weight: 14 kgs, 31 lbs. Capacity: 45 kgs, 100 lbs.

This accessory will allow parents to use select Infant car Seats with single and double seat BOB Strollers, and will work with the best selling Infant Car Seat models available.
Consult with your pediatrician regarding the suitability of stroller use with your child. Weight limits: Single-child BOB strollers have a weight limit of 70 lbs/32 kg. Duallie models have a weight limit of 100 lbs/45kg or 50 lbs/22.5 kg. per seat.
All current BOB stroller models have been tested by an independent laboratory to ensure they meet or exceed the stringent stroller safety standards of both ASTM F833-05a and SOR/85-379 (as set forth by Health Canada).
