(from newborn to approximately 4 years old) can quietly and safely lie down or sit up, however uneven the surface - on the road, over pebbles, or on the beach.
The Bugaboo Frog Bassinet: Until your baby can sit up independently, it is recommended that you only transport your child in the Bugaboo Frog Stroller bassinet where it can lie down flat and will not put any strain on its vertebrae. It is of course possible to use the Bugaboo Frog Stroller seat during the first weeks following your baby's birth, provided you use the seat in the reclined or semi-reclined position. In this case it is recommended that you leave your child in the seat no longer than 2 1/2 hours. The Bugaboo Frog Stroller bassinet is large and comfortable. The length and width of the floor of the bassinet (27.5" X 13.4") makes the Bugaboo Frog roomier than the average bassinet.
Seat and Bassinet: It is a versatile combination of the Bugaboo Frog bassinet, the Bugaboo Frog seat and the Bugaboo Frog chassis. The Bugaboo Frog bassinet and seat are easily removed from the chassis and can be used independently. The Bugaboo Frog bassinet/seat share one frame.
Face 2 Face: The Bugaboo Frog Stroller seat and the Bugaboo Frog Stroller bassinet can be mounted on the chassis facing two ways, letting you decide whether your child faces you or faces forward.
City, Off-Road and Beach: Placing the small swivel wheels at the front ensures easy maneuverability, ideal for shopping or city use. Placing the large wheels at the front (blocking the swivel wheels at will) renders rough terrain easily accessible. Even the beach is no longer a problem as you can pull the Bugaboo Frog Stroller in its unique two-wheel position behind you.
Bugaboo Car Seat Adapter: Another optional accessory is the ability to connect an infant car seat onto the Bugaboo Frog Stroller chassis (adapter is sold separately). Bugaboo makes the adapter pieces that allow you to click the car seat on the Bugaboo stroller chassis. The optional Bugaboo adapters will connect the Graco SnugRide, Peg Perego Primo Viaggio and Maxi-Cosi Cabrio and Citi carseats onto the chassis.
Folding: You can easily take the Bugaboo Frog Stroller with you. The Bugaboo Frog Stroller can be folded away to just 20" X 35" quickly and easily and fits in the trunk of the smallest car. Additionally, all wheels can be separated from the chassis in just a few operations. The Bugaboo Frog Stroller is a complete concept, designed to be effective in almost any situation.
Color Choices: The Bugaboo Frog Stroller is available in the colors Aubergine, Black, Blue, Grey, Orange, Red, and Sand. The interior color is khaki, except for the grey and orange colored Bugaboo Frog, which sports a navy blue interior.
